Installation of hydronic heating and cooling equipment and systems, installation of process piping, controls and components, combustion air, gas piping, venting and knowledge of codes and standards. This is an open book exam. Installation of residential boilers utilizing both natural, propane gas and fuel oil. Installed boilers ranging in size from 60,000 Btu's to 1,000,000 Btu's. Installation of radiant baseboard and in floor hydronic piping in both commercial and residential applications utilizing the following materials: welded steel, threaded schedule 40, copper, PEX with Pro-Press, brazed and soldered joints.
