The official bulletin containing content (subjects covered in the exam), allowed time and test date scheduling are documented in the downloadable PDF files maintained by ProV. The bulletin is specific to your jurisdiction and trade. PDF files are accessed from the landing page button shown above. After going to that page, scroll to your state name and expand by using the “+” on the right side. Candidates should always review the current exam information on the ProV website before applying or testing.
Prepare the base upon which ceramic, mosaic, granite, terrazzo, and other tile work, including all pseudo tile and marble or cultured marble products, will adhere by suction, fasteners, or by adhesives; and to install these products.
The state of Hawaii requires that you take and pass a written Business and Law Exam exam for this trade.
NOTE: Regarding reference #4: the link in the PSI bulletin goes to a site called ContractorCampus.com which has apparently been shut down. It is unknown if this is temporary. We researched the best replacement we could find as a free PDF from the Canadian National Terrazzo & Mosaic Association.
