In addition to the trade-specific examination, you are required to pass the Contractor Business & Law Exam offered by PSI.
NOTE: Regarding reference #5: the link in the PSI bulletin goes to a site called ContractorCampus wich has apparently been shut down . It is unknown if this is temporary. We researched the best replacement we could find as a free PDF from the Canadian Nationalal Terrazzo & Mosaic Association.
Sample questions are based on the PSI publication titled “29 CFR PART 1926 Selections, as of June 2013” (highlighted in green above).
