Help With Payhip Checkout (FAQ)

1.  Why do I get errors when filling out the payment form on Payhip?

On a desktop computer, you should see this entry form:

After you enter your full credit card number your cursor should move to the expiration date field.   The entire form will shift to the left to accept the month and year.  There is no need to use tabs, just month number with leading "0" (if less than ten) and last two digits of the year.

After that, you'll see the field for the three (3) digit "CVC" code on the back of the card and then a field for something most other sites don't ask for, the billing address ZIP code that your bank has on file for the card.

If you don't enter the ZIP code, when you try to submit the payment, you'll get an error like "ZIP code incomplete".  Only enter five (digits).

2.  What about the blue help bubble on the download page?

The bubble takes you to information for produts that other sellers have.  It has little relationship to the products we sell.  You can just ignore.

3.  What about setting up a site account?

We advise against trying to do that.  This functionality is provided for repeat users.  Most of our customers are one-time buyers.  You can just ignore the prompt/link.

4.  What about the link to reviews?

It doesn't make sense to ask for a product evaluation before you've seen the product.  Again, this is designed for repeat customers.  You can just ignore the link.

5.  What about the link to favorites?

This is just another function that does not apply to our products.  You can just ignore the link.
